Making homemade baby food can be time consuming. I’ve found a system that’s not only easy and quick, but creates meals for the baby and the adults all week long.

You’ll end up with chicken, chicken bone broth, and pureed organic vegetables for the baby plus plenty of chicken and vegetables for salads, soups, and stir-fries for the adults during the week.

Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Whisk all ingredients together with a fork until creamy. Makes 2-3 servings.

Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey or maple syrup, optional

Directions
Whisk all ingredients together with a fork until creamy.
