Whelp, it’s Pumpkin Spice Season. I don’t care how cliche it is, you know you want some pumpkin spice in your life.
I’m not into that sugary, syrupy nonsense so when I want a cozy pumpkin spiced fix, this is my go-to smoothie.

Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
6 oz almond milk
Frozen banana, 1
Canned pureed pumpkin, ½ cup
Almond butter, 1 tbsp
Pumpkin spice mix, 1 tsp
Cinnamon or more pumpkin spice mix
Dry measuring cup
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add a bit more liquid if your blender gets angry!
